Derrick FLC 2000 Flo-Line Cleaner / Desander.
The FLC 200 Flo-Line Cleaner is designed expressly for removing drilling solids from drilling fluids. They are dual motor, high frequency, linear-motion vibrating screen machines designed for fine particle seperation in the oil and gas drilling industry.

The hopper attached to the underside of the unit captures liquid underflow passing through the screen bed.
The screen frame angle may be raised or lowered to optimise the flow rate across the screening bed in response to changing mud conditions.

The vibrator motors are attached directly to the screen frame and positioned over the screening bed to maximise the G-forces transferred to the screen surfaces. Float mounts isolate the vibratory motion of the screen frame from the support structure. Screening beds are slightly crowned to allow proper tensioning of the patented screen surfaces. The TD300HZDE pump is an automatic priming, diaphragm pumps powered by a Hatz diesel engine (with electric start) and is also trolley mounted. It is fitted with diaphragms (in nitrile rubber), so priming is unnecessary and indefinite dry running is permissible. The pump can handle site water containing sand, silt and solids up to 30mm. The inlet and outlet ports, pump casings and surge reduction chambers are all constructed from aluminium. The rubber diaphragm and check valves are replaceable for easy on site repair, while the gear unit is maintenance free and is grease filled during factory assembly. Maximum suction lift is 8 metres, however 6 metres, or less, is recommended. This extremely popular pump is widely used by utilities and regularly found on hire fleets (see rates).

Supplied with a suction strainer, hose couplings, washers, clips and as part of this offer we are also including 6 metres of PVC suction hose and 6 metres of layflat discharge hose.

This is a Godwin CD200 pump end, fitted with Sykes priming equipment. The pump is powered by a radiator mounted, turbo charged, intercooled, Perkins 1004 diesel engine. The engine was built for a fire suppression application, hence very low stanby hours. The pump has only been used as a standby and comes with mains heater and battery charger. We intend to service the pump and fit a non-return valve. We will also fit a more appropriate control panel, unless it is to be used on a similar application.

The HL160M features an oil bath mechanical seal design. This allows for dry running for prolonged periods while automatically priming and repriming. Able to perform in the toughest conditions, the HL160M can handle solids up to 35mm in diameter. This makes it an extremely effective pump, suitable for both slurry and clean water applications. quarry industry, as it is hard wearing and has good solids handling for its head of 45mm.

Has an 8" (200mm) suction and 6" (150mm) outlet.
Skid base fuel tank offering 270ltrs or 12 hours full load run time.

SPP / Sykes GP100M 4" pump coupled to a Lister Petter TS2 diesel engine with electric start. The pump has recently been fully refurbished and serviced by Stuart Pumps Ltd. It is an automatic, self priming pump and is mounted on a 4 - wheeled chassis with a 24 hour fuel tank.

Sykees UV150M coupled to a Lister HR3 diesel engine on a 4 wheeled trailer. It is an automatic, self priming, contractor pump with good solids handling.

This is a Wright Rain Irrigation Pump 4 x 3", 4 cylinder industrial Ford diesel engine. Mounted on a 12 hour capacity fuel tank.
The pump is a clean water type and is manual primed with an air pump. 4" Bauer inlet and 3" flanged outlet. Will run 1 rain gun with ease. Sold in good working order, open to testing - no warranty supplied given the price.

Flow: 670gpm / 130m³/hr with pressure of 100mtrs / 10 Bar / 145PSI.
