The Autoprime range of HH and XH High Head pumps offer excellent performance with
solids handling capability and hard wearing materials. The comprehensive range offers
a pump for most applications.
The High Head range covers five models from the unique Q-Series style 3" (80mm) acoustic
unit through to 6" (150mm) units with head capability up to about 650ft (200m). All units
are mechanically sealed and are available with either mechanical priming or electrical SPP
Pumps SmartPrime.

HH100 -
High head 100mm (4inch), diesel, SmartPrime SPP AUTOPRIME HH100, high head 100mm (4") pump driven by a diesel engine generally comprising of a twin blade stainless steel impellor with cast iron wear plates, on a stainless steel shaft supported by ball (DE) and roller (NDE) bearings. The shaft is sealed by market leading double face silicon carbide mechanical seals running in an oil reservoir, enabling long periods of dry-running. The pump suction and outlet are flanged BS fitted with Bauer couplings. The pump will pass solids up to 32mm diameter. The oil lubricated vacuum pump of 110m3/hr (65cfm) displacement is belt driven from the pump shaft. The vacuum pump is controlled in operation by an electronic (SmartPrime™) priming tank which engages an electric clutch - only running the priming system when required, thereby offering less wear on components and reduced operating costs as less power is required from the engine (fuel saving). Mechanical priming is available as an option.
The engine is the proven Perkins 1104D which meets exhaust emissions, is water cooled, offers low noise levels, is one of the most fuel efficient engines on the market and has a 500 hour service interval. The entire package is built onto a 21 hour chassis fuel tank. The control panel includes: key, hour with tachometer and level control as optional extras. The shaft is sealed by market leading double face silicon carbide mechanical seals, running in an oil reservoir enabling long periods of dry-running. The pump suction and outlet are fitted with galvanised bauer couplings (other details are available on request). Pipes exit the pump at the opposite end to the control panel to offer a trip-free area for safe operation. Solids handling is limited to 9.2mm diameter due to the high performance impeller. The oil lubricated vacuum pump of 110m3/hr (65cfm) displacement is belt driven from the pump shaft. The vacuum pump is controlled in operation by an electronic (SmartPrime™) priming tank which engages an electric clutch - only running the priming system when required, thereby offering less wear on components and reduced operating costs as less power is required from the engine (fuel saving).
